Pump Production Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pump Production Manager to lead our production operations and ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality pumps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled production workers to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory costs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pump manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
