PURCHASING

• Conducting purchases for high-value items
• Negotiating, prices, payment methods, delivery schedules, and other terms
• Monitoring and following up on the progress of Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), both pending and approved, to be completed as planned or required
• Checking each incoming PR for compliance with applicable regulations
• Seeking out new suppliers, compiling and selecting quality supplier data based on price, quality, timeliness of delivery, and service
• Collaborating and coordinating in inspections/checks on each incoming item
• Monitor construction processes, including foundation laying, framing, and finishing work to identify and address quality issues in real-time

• Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, architect, construction management, or a related field
• At least 2 Year of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or quality control roles
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and quality control principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprint, and construction documents
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
