We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Purchasing Business Support Analyst based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Processing requests for RFA (Request for Activity, PO) creation and modification, such as but not limited to:
- Checking completeness of request
- Coordinating approval flow
- Budget availability checks
- Input to Budget Tracker (Excel)
- ME and YE closing activities:
- Following all deadlines
- Reporting:
- Confirming balances with distributors
- Close collaboration with Distibutors, Controlling, and Affiliate Finance
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring in Finance or Accounting
- Having experience in Purchasing team
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is a must
- Proficient in Arabic (verbal and written) will be a plus point
- Have experience in operating SAP and Microsoft excel
- Strong analytical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skill
- Willing to be located in Surabaya
