Purchasing Manager

Job Description :

• Take an active role in providing information for development Procurement Operations Plan, plan work activities identifying risks, governance, and controls.
• Lead the team to investigate misses or accidents or qualities day to day and provide the specialities procurement knowledge to resolve the issues.
• Lead operational procurement in line with purchasing corporate central policies and manuals, trust orders, and financial instructions related to revenue and capital direction from management.
• Have the ability to lead multi-users and work effectively in a multi-functional team.
• Independent thinker and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clarify user targets and requirement.
• Coordinates overall operational procure to pay process.
• Decide on purchasing of goods/services required and monitor their delivery progress.
• Maintain communication to stakeholders and vendors.
• Preparing and maintaining reports in order to maximise efficiency within the business; Negotiating and agreeing the most favourable terms possible with suppliers.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, from Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering, min. GPA is 3,00.
• At least 5 years working experience as Purchasing Manager at Hospital.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers.
• An understanding of MRP cycle ORACLE software platforms.
• Good knowledge about pharmacy , medical supplies , and medical equipments.
• Literacy in English (speaking and writing).
• Placement in Columbia Asia Medan (Jl. Listrik No.2A, Medan Petisah).
