Purchasing Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of non-production materials in Indonesia, with a focus on quality and quantity;
2. Timely issuance of purchase orders and control of material delivery schedules;
3. Handling delivery exceptions, incoming material quality, quantity, and various anomalies;
4. Responsible for supplier delivery assessment and management;
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above;
2. Proficient in using office software and ERP systems;
3. More than 2 years of procurement experience, familiar with auxiliary materials such as equipment, accessories, materials needed for engineering construction, production consumables, stationery, and labor protection supplies;
4. Proficient in written and spoken English;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and high execution efficiency;
6. Good professional ethics.
7. Experience on Toys manufacturing will be an advantages
