Purchasing Staff

We're seeking a Purchasing Staff to manage the procurement of non-product goods and services in line with company needs. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have strong vendor relationship skills, this role is for you!

• Manage the purchasing process for non-product goods and services, including business trip tickets.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and quality.
• Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) for jewelry shipments.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure non-product needs are met.
• Analyze and evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Create and process purchasing orders (PO), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases according to company guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per specifications.
• Provide periodic purchasing reports to your supervisor.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes.
• High attention to detail and excellent vendor relations.
• Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
