- Melakukan proses pembelian bahan baku, perlengkapan operasional, dan kebutuhan outlet sesuai permintaan.
- Melakukan pencarian dan perbandingan vendor untuk mendapatkan harga dan kualitas terbaik.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga serta memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang dari supplier.
- Membuat dan memproses dokumen administrasi pembelian (PO, invoice, dan dokumen terkait lainnya).
- Memantau stok material dan melakukan koordinasi dengan tim gudang serta operasional.
- Membantu membuat laporan pembelian dan pemantauan biaya secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait (Finance, Tax, dan Operation) untuk kelancaran proses administrasi dan pembayaran.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (lebih disukai dari jurusan Ekonomi, Bisnis, atau Manajemen).
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Purchasing atau Supply Chain; pengalaman di industri F&B/Hotel/Restaurant/Café menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami proses administrasi pembelian dan sistem inventory.
- Terbiasa melakukan negosiasi dengan vendor.
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Batam.
