Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all purchasing activities to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
- Analyze purchasing needs and ensure alignment with the company’s budget and operational requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase documentation in compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Prepare and submit regular purchasing reports to management.
- Review and enhance procurement processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or equivalent).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, cost analysis, and vendor management.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, integrity, and analytical thinking.
- Basic understanding of procurement law and contract management is a plus.
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing, distribution, or health supplement industry.
