RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and evaluating quality in material, process and output of production through inspecting, testing, and improving to meet quality standard of customers.

Furthermore to bring company compliance & output as required for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity

SAFETY

• Familiar with health and safety aspects of carrying out the duties within the department. Awareness of safe systems of work within department. Familiarity with correct use of PPE as required for all aspects of the job
  
  

GENERAL

• Quality –Work towards satisfying the objectives of the company quality policy.
• Act as laboratory expertise including ensure good equipment condition
• Lead MQA starting to incoming inspection, accommodating feedback from production, feedback to vendors.
• To prepare and maintain packaging specification
• Manage product specification, to be available for related crew and able to be met according to latest material and tooling conditions.
• Maintain budget Quality Assurance & to ensure completeness & correctness of COA & other relevant QA Report
  
  

BAAN

• Manage Retrain BAAN for existing team & Training new member.
• Manage and closing issue in BAAN, after that inform to member / co-workers also propose improvement action.
• Coordinate testing & go live of new functionality in BAAN
• In liaison with procurement, lead vendor / supplier audit according to the recent quality issue & the criticality
  
  

SPECIFICATION

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
• Having experience as Quality Engineer/Inspector in supervisory level minimum 3 years
• Having good understanding about Kaizen or Six sigma or Lean Manufacture etc.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skill
• Good communication, diplomation in English
