What You Will Do :

  • Develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, SOP, and Quality Plans
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and applicable regulations
  • Conduct inspections and testing on materials, production processes, and final outputs
  • Create and manage quality documentation, including NCR and CAR
  • Maintain accurate quality records
  • Coordinate internal audits and support external audits by clients or certification bodies
  • Collaborate with engineering for root cause analysis and corrective actions

What We are Looking for :

  • Bachelor Degree of Metallurgy
  • Good knowledge about industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ASME, ASTM JIS, EN, SNI, etc
  • Proficient in implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and various testing methods
  • Experience with quality documentations and reports
  • Proben ability to conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Proactive with a good communication and critical thinking skill
  • Able to speak and write basic in English
  • Willing to work on-site in Cikarang
