QC Staff

Competencies
1) Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering
2) At least 1 year experience in QA/QC preferably in the chemical industry.
3) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
4) Strong communication and teamwork abilities
5) Strong organization and coordination skills.
6) Proficiency in MS Office.
7) Able to speak English actively
8) Knowledge of implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ISO45001, and SMK3 Quality Management System will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
1) Ensure that the raw materials purchased comply with the desired specifications.
2) Ensure that the finished good meets customer requirements.
3) Identify non-conformances in the production process and ensure corrective actions are taken.
4) Ensure all working conditions meet safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
5) Ensure all proprietary information and intellectual properties are safeguarded according to company regulations
6) Document and maintain quality records and reports.
7) Developing methods for reusing or reusing waste
8) Assist the RnD Supervisor in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
