Company Description

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Job Description

• Plan, carry out, and supervise product testing to ensure conformance to company quality and specifications
• Report the quality level of CSR KPIs and document them
• Help track and document the company's quality operations and functions
• Analyze and investigate product complaints and quality problems
• Develop and update procedures for complaints and company inspections
• Monitor management procedures, analyze and identify problems in product development management
• Provide training to the team
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
• Superb computer competence
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Knowledge of best practice testers, version control practices, and crash management
