Join our growing Quality Assurance team at Pulse Software in beautiful Bali, Indonesia, as a QA Automation Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain low-code automated test suites using tools like Testim to help deliver high-quality software products efficiently. Collaborating with a dynamic team of developers, BA's, product owners, and QA professionals, you will play a key role in building scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

About Pulse Software

Pulse Software is a Sydney Australia based HRIS SaaS provider that has recently been aquired by a US firm and entering the US market. We have an offshore team working from Bali Indonesia that are integrated into our team based in Australia. We are looking for a passionate QA Automation Engineer to join the team. Work from home with regular catch ups with the team in Bali.

Please note: You must be based in Bali, Indonesia for this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Maintain Low-Code Automation Scripts

• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Testim and other low-code tools for UI, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Leverage AI features in Testim to streamline and optimize test creation and execution.

2. Collaborate with Teams

• Work with other QA's and the development teams to identify low-code automation opportunities early in the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with manual testers to convert repetitive test cases into low-code automated scripts.

3. Integrate Testing into CI/CD Pipelines

• Ensure low-code automated tests are seamlessly integrated into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor test execution and address failures to improve pipeline stability.

4. Enhance Test Coverage

• Analyze product requirements and write low-code test cases that maximize test coverage.
• Build and maintain reusable components in low-code tools to improve efficiency.

5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Debug and fix test automation issues in collaboration with developers.
• Ensure low-code automated tests are robust and maintainable as applications evolve.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Create comprehensive documentation for low-code automated test suites and frameworks.
• Report test results, defects, and automation progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA automation with low-code tools like Testim (experience with AI-driven automation tools is a plus).
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure Devops or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
