Quality Assurance has played an important role to boost clients confidence and enhance customer experience (CX) by ensuring product development runs smoothly and more productively. What You Will Do

  • Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated (if any) test cases.
  • Collaborate with QA team members to identify, document, and track bugs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define quality standards.
  • Record problems and issues
    • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
    • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Participate in project development meetings and contribute to quality discussions.
  • Support regression, performance, and functional testing.
  • Maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans and reports.
  • Act as an AI Trainer by curating and labeling data to improve AI model performance.
  • Analyze AI outputs and provide feedback to enhance system accuracy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Final year students, fresh graduates from any related fields, or young professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience with have strong skill in Quality Assurance
  • Strong interest in Quality Assurance and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and regression testing is a plus
  • Ability to create UAT test plan, test cases and test scripts
  • Working knowledge of test software (e.g. Postman, Katalon, Selenium, JMeter, Burp)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude with adeptness in anticipation abilities
  • Having an understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) is a plus.
