  • Pembuatan permohonan kode item yang diperlukan untuk produk, bahan baku dan bahan kemas
  • Melakukan Evaluasi semua prosedur tertulis dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan mutu produk
  • Memeriksa kesesuaian CPB dan CKB
  • Memeriksa kesesuaian formula produk yang diproduksi dengan formula yang telah disubmite ke BPOM
