Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy; licensed Pharmacist preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in QMS operations, audits, NCR/CAPA, OOS/OOT, SOP development, and document control.

• Strong attention to detail and compliance.

• Good communication and documentation skills in Indonesian and English.

• Able to work cross-functionally with formulators, analysts, and management.

• Willing to be based at ITB Bandung.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to obtaining ISO 17025 certification for the ITB–Daewoong DDS Lab.

• Set up and maintain ISO 17025 systems, including quality system and SOP development.

• Coordinate with ITB School of Pharmacy and the certification consultant throughout the certification process.

• Manage technology transfer schedules and deliverables between Daewoong Korea R&D, Cikarang Plant, and UI Analytical Lab.

• Perform quality assurance on research data and laboratory documents.
