Requirement

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy; licensed Pharmacist preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in QMS operations, audits, NCR/CAPA, OOS/OOT, SOP development, and document control.
Strong attention to detail and compliance.
Good communication and documentation skills in Indonesian and English.
Able to work cross-functionally with formulators, analysts, and management.
Willing to be based at ITB Bandung.

Job Responsibilities

Lead all activities related to obtaining ISO 17025 certification for the ITB–Daewoong DDS Lab.
Set up and maintain ISO 17025 systems, including quality system and SOP development.
Coordinate with ITB School of Pharmacy and the certification consultant throughout the certification process.
Manage technology transfer schedules and deliverables between Daewoong Korea R&D, Cikarang Plant, and UI Analytical Lab.
Perform quality assurance on research data and laboratory documents.
