Quality Control Staff Microbiology (Gresik, East Java)

Carrying out microbiological contamination control by conducting microbiological analysis of the products and materials used and monitoring the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and rooms.

Job Descriptions:

• Conducting aseptic product or material sampling for microbiological testing
• Conducting bacterial (TPC) and fungal (TYMC) analysis and pathogens to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Recording microbiological analysis results and providing product or material status that has micro parameters that must be tested
• Ensuring that equipment and room sanitation are running effectively to minimize the potential for microbiological contamination
• Collaborating with RND for microbiological testing of preservatives suitable for use in products (Challenge Test)
• Conducting weekly and monthly reports for all microbiological analysis activities carried out at the
• Gresik plant to the QC Manager
• Carrying out the ordering process and controlling reagent stock in the Gresik plant microbiology lab
• Maintaining cleanliness and maintaining all tools and equipment in the microbiology laboratory
• Responsible for the work results of employees under him
• Implementing 5R and K3 programs. Ensuring ISO documents are documented

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Chemistry Analyst/Biotechnology/Microbiology, with Minimum GPA 3.00
• Experience working as a Microbiology Analyst in the FMCG Industry IS A MUST
• Have knowledge of CPKB, PKRT, and Personal Hygiene
• Enjoys working in the field and in the lab
• Able to operate instruments or lab tools
• Mastering Ms. Office, email, cloud-based files and SAP
• Have good communication skills, and able to coordinate systematically with the team
• Creative, thorough, honest, disciplined and responsible
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, Nonshifts
• Work Placement in Gresik, East Java
