Job Description

Job title:
Execute procedures that test the manufactured items to ensure that they come up to acceptable standards as well as responsible for the site's calibration activities to ensure compliance.

Your role:

• Be part of the problem-solving process if difficulties arise during manufacturing.
• Submit all documentation concerning quality control results and train others in workmanship.
• Maintain, review, and revise quality standards and help with development and redesign as well as updating user documentation.
• Log all queries, problems and requests for products that are tested and evaluated in the lab.
• Provide daily progress reports for management, which include application notes, release notes, installation manuals, and procedures.
• Check materials or parts used in manufacturing and oversee the manufacturing process.
• Run tests on the completed items.
• Compliance of product/process to validated specifications
• Create and drive calibration plan / standard operational procedure execution in the site.
• Ensure all equipment in the site are calibrated on time with respect to calibration plan.
• Support audits on calibration related topics.
  
  

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years' experience in related fields.
• ISO 17025 related experience and knowledge.
• ISO 9001/13485 & LEAN experience and knowledge.
• Experience dealing with accredited calibration test houses/bodies.
• Qualification (with training certificates from recognized parties) in doing calibration.
• Experience managing a team.
