Location Overview

Join our team in Amandari. Presided over by a sacred stone tiger, Amandari was designed after a traditional Balinese village on the verdant lip of the Ayung River Gorge. Free-standing guest suites are reached via winding pathways, while the curving swimming pool mimics the rice paddies below. Role

• Design & implement comprehensive training programs that address propert-specific needs, focusing on both operational skills and Aman Value.
• Responsible in preparing and conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing employee.
• Integrate Food Safety Management System protocols into relevant training programs, especially for food handlers.
• Organize and oversee realistic role-playing sessions that reflect service challenges and opportunities, focusing on delivering the luxury experience.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the staff, encouraging them to realize their full potential.
  
  

Requirements

• Responsible manage and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department.
• All work and information, particularly regarding employee, is considered to be confidential and this confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
• Working together with Human Resources team to organize the employee activities.
• The candidate should be creative, outgoing, and possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position.
