- Minimum 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Track subcontractor progress claims, variations, and manage project requirements to meet tender stipulations on time.
- Manage, calculate and evaluate progress claims for both project owners and subcontractors.
- Handle contract documentation, tender evaluation, and account finalization for main and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with site support teams to ensure subcontractor work aligns with contract specifications.
- Supervise pre-contract activities including tender briefings, pricing, and submission of tenders.
- Communicative, highly motivated and integrity, discipline, loyalty, strong leadership, energetic, able to work independently and effectively in team
