- Develop and refine fragrance formulations for perfumes, body care, and home fragrance products
- Conduct research on raw materials, scent compositions, and market trends
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control
- Perform stability testing, sensory evaluations, and product improvements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Experience in fragrance formulation, essential oils, or cosmetic R&D is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Passion for innovation and creativity in scent development
- Knowledge fragrance regulations is an advantage
