Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Relevant experience in R&D or technical engineering.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., CAD), development processes, and engineering standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of product development, quality standards, and project coordination.
  • Commitment to health, safety, environmental, and intellectual property compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project specifications and carry out technical tasks aligned with R&D standards.
  • Ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • Provide technical input to internal teams and suppliers.
  • Propose solutions to technical challenges during development.
  • Support continuous improvement and product/process compliance.
  • Contribute to design standardization and team collaboration.
