Job Description

  • Monitoring live issue management and live chat seller
  • Handling delivery inquiries from sellers and buyers through email/call/social media
  • Team monitoring & ticket assigning
  • Handling report productivity agent

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • A creative person, initiative, and a problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
  • Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule
  • Placement is in Jogja for a 3-6 months contract based
