Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Jobstreet and/or LinkedIn for recruitment
• 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Indonesia.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Facilitate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Provide administrative support and assist with office management tasks as needed.
