Recruitment Officer (Psychology Graduate)

Job Descriptions:
1. Conducting the sourcing process
2. Conducting the screening and inviting process
3. Conducting the selection process (psychological tests and interviews)
4. Making psychological reports
5. Conducting end to end administration of recruitment process documents including project reports

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology is a must
2. Having minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment Officer (handle mass hiring) is preferred
3. Experienced in integrating, interpreting, and construct psychological report is preferred
4. ⁠Enthusiastic and independent in working
5. Good communication skills and interest in doing administrative work
6. ⁠Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of ATIC Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong, South Tangerang
