Region Sales Manager (NORTH SUMATRA)

Job Description:

• Establish route to market strategy: Help to seek new distributor & manage existing distributor performance, and develop distribution plan on the assigned region and perform review regularly.
• Lead and manage sales teams: Conduct briefings, coaching and counseling to Supervisor & Representative, inspire team through management by example, evaluating overall team productivity, and Build strong connection with all related stakeholder.
• Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its areas excellent: Control the stock distributor, aware of stock at central warehouse, and control the operations of the sales team and check the reports made by the sales and distributor teams.
• Achieve the targets and objectives set by the company: Ensure the distribution, availability and visibility of our products according to the standards set by the company, responsible to manage asset & infrastructure (freezer, cold storage, delivery van, etc) to achieve goals,and perform the functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling properly to achieve primary & secondary sales targets.
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Technical Competency: Strong in field sales and distribution management, leadership, communication, and good presentation skills.
• Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
• Experience: minimum 5 years as RSM experience in well known FMCG company.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
• High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
• Have driving license (SIM A).
