REGIONAL AGENT EXECUTIVE (SINGKAWANG, KALBAR)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understand agent business and get the feedback from the field. The Regional Executive will act as a bridge between the HO and our Agents on filed.
- Hire Agents for all our Hubs & Marts in Kalbar Region utilizing all of the Channels : Offline Field Team, Digital, References from existing Agents. Expected 8-10 agents per Hub/Mart
- Ensure at least 50% of the Agents achieve the monthly target of IDR 50million Revenue
- Training, Engaging and Communicating with the agents at a daily, weekly levels to communicate products, prices and the new promotions which we have.
- Provide monthly, weekly forecast for the Agents Sales
- Plan initiatives to get interests from the community members in becoming the Agents where we dont have

REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university
- Experience in conducting market research, co-ordinating with product and tech is preferred
- Experience in working with Rural Communities
- Experience in Agriculture Industry is a plus
- Adaptability and agility in a very dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English both oral & and written is a plus
- Willingness to Travel across Kalimantan Barat
