The Regional CEO, located in Denpasar, will be accountable for leading teams across three Bali hospital operations in Denpasar, Kuta and Nusa Dua, with two further sites planned for 2026. Siloam Hospitals Denpasar is a JCI-accredited hospital with international standards of care and has received Hospital Patient Safety and Quality Accreditation from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and has been appointed as a Medical Tourism Hospital. BIMC Siloam Nusa Bua located in the Bali Tourism Development Corporation Complex (BTDC) is the first hospital in Indonesia accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS). BIMC Siloam Kuta, is strategically located in the heart of Kuta.
You will have a strong record of achievement at the executive level managing doctor relationships and demonstrated experience leading and executing a business development strategy across a hospital / healthcare group. You will bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead an international and local multi-site team with a focus on establishing Bali as a world-class medical tourism destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strategic hands-on leadership, guidance and support to the Bali team. Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff, promoting patient-centered care and innovation in healthcare.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, government entities, and community partners. Balance the needs, expectations and interests of all stakeholders.
Strategic Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative culture to promote inclusivity, productivity and behaviour that aligns with Siloam Hospital Group’s values.
Financial acumen: Strong P&L management experience, overseeing the financial performance of the business by monitoring and optimising revenue and expenses.
Key Requirements:
Executive healthcare leadership: Proven track record as a CEO or similar role within the private healthcare sector leading a geographically dispersed workforce across multi-site operations.
Motivational leader: Exceptional leadership skills, known for motivating teams to achieve organisational goals and excellence with hands-on experience of building and growing successful teams within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing operational growth strategies for healthcare organisations.
Effective Communicator: Highly developed EQ, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders collaboratively. A commitment to enhancing the group’s strong culture.
Business and Financial Acumen: Strong strategic planning skills, with an ability to make independent judgements and decisions. P&L management experience, delivering growth through service expansion, customer acquisition and retention, effective resource management, strategic partnerships and infrastructure development.
Healthcare Expertise: In-depth understanding of healthcare practices, trends, and best practices in patient care. A solid understanding of legal regulations relating to hospital operations, ideally within Southeast Asian markets.
