Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
From inside the farm gate to our dinner plates, Neogen protects the world’s food supply. Through a variety of animal healthcare products, to food safety solutions for dangerous bacteria, allergens, toxins, drug residues and much more, Neogen is there — and you can be too.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
- Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to shape product strategy and positioning.
- Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
- Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, science, business, food technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop, execute, and refine effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven project management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, collaborative, and integrity-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Travel: Up to 20% or more may be needed.
