Our client is a global lubricant company. Currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible of growing the business within the eastern indonesia region. You will be responsible in driving sales performance, managing talent, and optimizing sales operations to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
- Actively participate in the development and execution of the market sales strategy as a member of the leadership team.
- Contribute to strategic marketing and business reviews, providing valuable input for annual marketing plans.
- Leverage sales and marketing networks to stay informed about market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee, guide, and mentor the sales team to drive channel performance.
- Build and nurture a high-performing sales team through effective talent management and succession planning.
- Conduct annual channel sales audits and develop comprehensive sales plans, including contingency strategies.
- Develop and align phased sales plans with the market sales manager.
- Oversee the execution of the channel sales plan, driving results and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and drive performance through regular reviews of sales, financial, and personnel metrics.
- Optimize the channel sales organization to align with the long-term sales plan, market insights, cost-effectiveness, and team capabilities.
- Maximize resource efficiency in building and structuring the sales organization.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant time in a Regional Sales Manager role.Proven track record in managing large sales territories or channels.
- Proven experience in key account management and customer relationship building.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and customer interfaces.
- Broad business acumen to effectively implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing complex, high-value customer accounts.
- Demonstrated success in key account management and customer relationship building.
