• The Agency Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and performance within a designated region of Sun Life's agency channel. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing agency relationships, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• 7+ years of experience in sales management within the insurance or financial services industry

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Sun Life's overall business objectives and agency growth plans
• Manage and mentor a team of agency sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency principals and key stakeholders within the assigned region
• Monitor sales targets for individual agencies and the region as a whole
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to ensure effective support for agency sales efforts
• Conduct regular field visits to agencies to provide on-site support, training, and performance reviews
• Organize and lead regional sales meetings, training sessions, and recognition events
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sun Life policies across all sales activities
• Identify and develop new agency partnerships to expand Sun Life's presence in the region
