As a Regional Sales Manager, Petro- & Chemical Industry, you will drive growth by expanding our market presence in the Chemical and Petrochemical sectors, creating new opportunities for customized cooling and HVAC solutions.

Your Day-to-day Might Include

• develop business opportunities and identify new projects, directly or through engineering offices
• analyze competitors and market trends to identify strategic advantages and new penetration opportunities
• build strong, long-term relationships based on trust with key decision makers
• understand customer project requirements and advise on tailored solutions with the support of our estimators and engineers
• collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex, client-focused solutions
• represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• report sales results and market insights to management
  
  

What You Bring

• a proven track record in selling technical solutions or services within the chemical or petrochemical sectors
• a natural instinct for business development and opening new doors
• the ability to turn technical details into customer-centric solutions
• strong communication and presentation skills
• a self-starter attitude with confident decision-making abilities
• a solid network of relevant contacts in Northern Belgium (above Brussels)
