Role Purpose:

As the Regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) Projects Manager for Givaudan’s Fragrance division in APAC, you will lead and support high-impact strategic projects that enhance agility, efficiency, and resilience across the regional supply chain. You will partner with cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and long-term business value.

In this exciting role, you will:

Drive Transformation, Excellence, and Improvement Initiatives

  • Shape and deploy the APAC Supply Chain strategy by assessing project feasibility, providing expert recommendations, and aligning with global objectives.
  • Lead and support Operations Roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with APAC business growth and operational excellence goals.
  • Support the translation of strategic objectives into actionable project plans, driving execution and delivery to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by standardizing supply chain processes, fostering collaboration, and leveraging data to enhance efficiency, service, and scalability.

Program and Project Management

  • Oversee the successful delivery of key strategic projects within defined scope, schedule, budget, and resource parameters.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Track progress, assess performance, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Support regional supply chain functions in addressing critical priorities, operational challenges, and transformation programs.

Collaborate & Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify opportunities, and define future program objectives.
  • Regularly provide clear, proactive updates on project status, risks, and decisions to regional and local supply chain teams, management committees, and other relevant groups.
  • Promote transparency, alignment, and collaborative problem-solving across diverse teams and geographies.

People Management

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to project teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Partner with line managers and HR Business Partners to strengthen project management capabilities within the APAC Supply Chain function.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Education: MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Future-Ready Supply Chain Expertise: Knowledge of AI-driven analytics, digital platforms, and sustainable practices to optimise efficiency, resilience, and environmental impact across the full value chain.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in end-to-end supply chain management, ideally with exposure to both strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record (2–5 years) in people leadership roles with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Strong expertise in project management and project delivery, with consistent success completing complex portfolios on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in change management, business process re-engineering, and digital transformation.
  • Solid understanding of operational and financial concepts (e.g., OPEX, CAPEX) and their application to strategic decision-making.
  • PMP and Lean Six Sigma and other equivalent project management certifications would be an added advantage.
