  • Support Workshop and Rental a fleet of pump and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.
  • Responsible for meeting/communication the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment, and acting as Company Representative
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the rental operation runs efficiently.
  • Interacts with clients in-person and on the phone ensuring high-quality service and excellent overall customer experience.
  • Arranges for the rental of pumps, including all necessary paperwork.
  • Works with shop personnel, as well as takes ownership and all steps necessary, to ensure pumps are client-ready, on-time.
  • Ensures high-quality customer satisfaction and overall positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction with KSB policies and procedures.
  • A collaborator in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
  • Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
