What are we buildin

gWe are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fields

Roles and Responsibilitie

• g:Develop and deliver training modules on ALM practices tailored to the needs of farmer group
• s.Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance farmers’ understanding of sustainable agricultural practice
• s.Build farmers' capacity to adopt new technologies and methodologies, ensuring long-term engagement and succes

• t:Act as the primary point of contact between the research team and farmer communitie

Qualifications and Skill Se

• ts:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Soil Science, or a related fie
• ld.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience, with a focus on working directly with farmer groups,collection of farmers data and conducting on-farm resear
• ch.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audien
• cesStrong understanding of agricultural practices and farming cyc
