Research Analyst

PT Takodam Ciptamandiri Nusantara is looking for an undergraduate/fresh graduate and candidate who have prior experience for research analyst to join on 3-month project on the Long-Term Development Plan of a State-owned enterprise in the port service sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by recognizing trends and anomalies in multivariate datasets. To use these insights for business improvement, this candidate should feel comfortable using their analysis to tell a story.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/fresh graduate/have prior experience from all majors, preferably Economics, Engineering, or any related major;
• Has an interest in management consulting;
• Has good problem-solving and communication skills;
• Proactive, responsible, committed, strong research skills, and slide-making skills;
• Fully available on weekdays (Monday – Friday) and willing to go the extra mile;
• Placement will be in Surakarta.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data to support the project;
• Drafting communication documents, primarily in presentation slides;
• Managing and supporting clients to achieve overall project goals.
