Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab atas pengujian sensory sample
  • Membuat form dan report dari hasil pengujian sensory (Weekly/ Monthly)
  • Membuat program untuk kalibrasi panelis sensory
  • Melakukan trial terkait dengan sensory test
  • Melakukan proses development produk (existing & new product)
  • Membuat report dan timeline untuk proses development product

Requirements

  • Pendidikan D3/ S1 Teknologi Pangan/ Teknik Kimia atau lainnya yang relevan
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai R&D di industri makanan/minuman/suplemen
  • Memahami prinsip GMP, HACCP, BPOM, Halal, ISO 22000, dll
  • Memahami prinsip pengujian sensory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
