Retail Offline Manager

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase equipment sales in Shop, Dept Store, and Wholesale
• Responsible for achievement of the store with set timeframes
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Manage and lead sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing activities including promotional campaigns, trade shows and other marketing events.
• Compile regular sales and marketing reports and present to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position in sales and marketing, especially in the beauty industry.
• Having an extensive network in the beauty industry sector is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
