About The Department
Job Responsibilities
- Memastikan pencapaian target pribadi termasuk NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
- Memiliki rencana penjualan harian 2 arah.
- Hadir dalam pembekalan SOD & EOD harian yang dilakukan oleh BM / Funding Team Head / Wealth Banking Head.
- Memberikan laporan harian tepat waktu kepada BM / Funding Team Head.
- Pastikan praktik penjualan sesuai dengan SOP, SLA, dan peraturan apapun yang berlaku.
- Memastikan kepatuhan dengan proses Customer Due Diligence (CDD) sesuai dengan Kebijakan APU-PPT, Pedoman, dan aturan transaksi yang adil.
- Menjalankan sales discipline/operating rhythm harian yang diterapkan oleh Wealth Banking Head, guna meningkatkan produktifitas dan pencapaian target bisnis serta balance of business.
- Mampu berkembang di lingkungan yang serba cepat dengan semangat
- Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimal
- Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat dikombinasikan dengan dorongan dan inisiatif
- Min. Gelar Sarjana dari Universitas terkemuka atau setara
