Job Description:
•⁠ ⁠Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
•⁠ ⁠Provide product and service information to customers.
•⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct product and service sales.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare sales reports and daily activity logs.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in both English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a Bachelor's degree).
•⁠ ⁠At least 1 year of work experience in sales or customer service.
•⁠ ⁠Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
•⁠ ⁠Highly motivated and results-driven.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in using computers (MS Office) and Click Up applications.
