Do you love food, marketing, and making things happen? We're looking for a creative and energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our restaurant brand — both online and offline.

What You’ll Do

Daily Tasks

• Run promos and check daily campaign results
• Create or coordinate fun food content (photos, videos)
• Monitor sales and customer feedback
• Send quick daily updates to the owner
  
  

Weekly Tasks

• Review how your promos are performing
• Plan next week’s content & campaigns
• Suggest new ideas based on data and feedback
  
  

Monthly Tasks

• Present sales & marketing results
• Build next month’s promo plan
• Review budget vs. sales gains
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 2+ years in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality marketing
• Portfolio or past success stories = big plus
  
  

Skills

• Can plan promos and campaigns (online & offline)
• Knows how to attract customers with or without ads
• Comfortable with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Google)
• Can lead content creation or work with freelancers
  
  

Mindset

• Fast, creative, and result-driven
• Loves numbers and can work with targets
• Great communicator — works well with team & owner
  
  

Bonus Points

• Can use Canva, CapCut, or VN
• Knows a bit about Facebook or Google Ads
• Has contacts with influencers or food bloggers
  
  

Education

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, or similar.
