Responsibilities
- Mengatur jadwal kerja dan pembagian tugas untuk memastikan efisiensi.
- Melakukan proses penjualan mulai dari perkenalan, penawaran hingga negosiasi dengan pelanggan.
- Membuat strategi dan bekerja dengan tim untuk pencapaian target.
- Mengembangkan pasar sesuai segmentasi yang diharapkan perusahaan.
- Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan terkait dengan hasil kerja
- Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dibidang Marketing.
- Diutamakan pengalaman dalam pemasaran berbasis properti.
- Mampu mengaplikasikan aplikasi dokumen seperti Google Docs atau Microsoft Office.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, memiliki network yang luas, berorientasi kepada target.
- Memiliki skill presentasi dan negosiasi.
