Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic Sales B2B team in the fast-growing ingredients industry. As a Sales B2B in the food ingredients industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying and closing new opportunities. Your technical knowledge and consultative selling approach will highly contribute to the success of our business by generating revenue from both new and existing customer accounts in the B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing food ingredients, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and optimize food ingredient formulations, ensuring product excellence.
  • Engage in successful lead generation, building long-term relationships with customers and delivering sales growth.
  • Skillfully navigate complex negotiations with senior executives, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Individual with up to 3 years of working experience in the food industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
