Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Business Development Manager to join one of our client's growing team. This is a full-time position open to candidates located in Batam, Jakarta, or Surabaya. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. The role requires strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking to identify and exploit market opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in lead generation and converting leads into sales.
  • Strong client relationship management skills to maintain and grow customer base.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, can be from any major
  • Own a private vehicle and hold an active driver's license (SIM A) and willingness to travel for business trips out of town
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Sales Property and content creator

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Critical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and target markets.
  • Responsible for devising effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Formulate comprehensive plans for team development to enhance skills and performance through training, coaching, and other methods.
  • Actively forge partnerships and nurture positive relationships with external stakeholders, etc.
