About The Challenge

As a Sales Counter, you will be the face of our showroom or retail outlet—welcoming customers, answering questions, and closing sales with a friendly and professional attitude. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and enjoy achieving targets, this role is perfect for you!

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or counter sales (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, target-driven, and confident in handling customer inquiries
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and placed di lokasi operasional yang ditentukan
  
  

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and helpful manner
• Understand product knowledge and offer suitable recommendations to customers
• Handle inquiries, process transactions, and follow up leads
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and tidiness of the sales area
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets as set by the company
