Our client is a leading provider of high-performance turbomachinery solutions, specialising in compressors and turbines for critical industrial applications across sectors like oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation.

Job Description

  • Achieve Sales Targets for Aftermarket Products and Services: Work toward meeting or exceeding assigned booking goals by promoting and securing sales of aftermarket products and services.
  • Serve as Primary Customer Contact: Act as the main point of communication between the company and customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop Expertise in Repair Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various repair techniques and procedures to support quality service delivery.
  • Advocate for Customer Needs: Represent the interests of customers within the organisation, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively.
  • Explore New Market Opportunities: Identify and assess untapped markets that offer potential for future growth, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue opportunities.


The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred, candidates with a background in Industrial Engineering are also welcome, along with 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment design, functionality, application, and maintenance, with familiarity in repairing rotating machinery.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate technical knowledge into persuasive sales proposals and effectively communicate with clients to secure business opportunities.
  • Time and Territory Management: Proven capability to organise and prioritise tasks within assigned territories, showcasing motivation and self-direction.
  • Growth Mindset: Believing that abilities can be developed through dedication and effort, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
