VACANCY LOCATION:

  1. Surabaya

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify sales opportunities and implement action plans.

  • Propose sales promotion strategies, initiate sales action plans on the basis of the agreed targets with Sales Manager in order to align sales strategy and achieve mid and short term business objectives.

2. Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets

  • Identify customers' needs, sales opportunities to develop and conclude profitable business in the assigned accounts.

3. Credit management

  • Monitor and control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt. To meet A/R target as per Agreed Target

4. Customer Visit Reports

  • Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer’ s needs and industrial trend.

5. Sales Forecast

  • To ensure accuracy of sales forecast so as to minimize high inventory situation and avoid short supply due to inaccurate sales forecast. To provide forecast – by customer, by products to ensure production plants to have sufficient information and lead time for planning and inventory

7. Monthly Sales report

  • Prepare Monthly sales report on Sales revenue, A/R status, customer’ s needs, issues, competitors and industrial trends.

8. Collect market information

  • Carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, and identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency.

9. New Customers/business

  • To constantly develop new business/new customers for sales growth.

10. Implement individual customer concepts

  • Develop and implement individual customer oriented concepts in order to address individual customer needs and develop and maintain a steady customer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Civil Engineering
  • Required experience:
  • Preferably with 2-3 years actual sales experience in the waterproofing application or related products, eg: Building materials
  • Have worked in a multinational corporation (MNC)
  • Good English language skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Software applications
  • Autocad as added advantage
