Sales Executive

ABOUT THE JOB

You will take part in a complete general marketing and commercial experience: route prioritization and external communications, you contribute in shaping the voice of Business-to-Business service and help it grow a loyal consumer base. You will work together with local and global cross-functional team, as ONE is a world wide shipping industry. Know the customer. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, sales at ONE starts with technology and ends with the customer, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how ONE services solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Effective implementation of strategic marketing and commercial plan inline with business objective of ONE in terms of achievement of shipment volumes and contribution margin with consideration of sales cycle plan.

- Focus on customers-oriented services with full integrity by good conduct of service of fast and updated information, i.e. service changes, rate changes, new surcharges for both potential new business and existing customers. This also includes the availability of Sailing Schedule, roll-over notice to customers, and to related department.

- Accurate market update and shipping line industry activities to keep ONE as an agile company.

COMPETENCIES

- Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.30

- Have 1 until 3 years experiences in sales with proven winning customers, particularly in B2B sales, is required.

- Competence in spoken and written English is required.

- Prior experience working in the shipping or maritime industry can be a significant advantage.

- The Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skill.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Eager to contribute for team achievement and individual sales goal.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Located in Surabaya.
