The Role

  • Responsible for developing business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors, focusing on government projects and large civil engineering contractors.
  • Promote the company's construction and equipment services in areas such as educational buildings, road construction, drainage and irrigation systems, and machinery manufacturing.
  • Develop sales plans and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Participate in bid document preparation and collaborate with project teams to ensure bids meet client and government requirements.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and monitor project progress to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze market information and competitive trends to provide business development recommendations.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (preferred in the construction, engineering, or machinery manufacturing industries).
  • Familiarity with government project bidding processes is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with strong resilience and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Office software and basic CRM tools.
