Sales Manager

We have opportunity for Sales & Marketing Manager to our client in Medan, North Sumatera with qualifications below:

1. Bachelor Degree with any major
2. At least 7–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with specific experience in retail and bulk sales of palm oil (PFAD, Olein, RBD Palm Oil) and derivative products.
3. Managerial skills with a proven track record of leading sales and marketing teams and achieving targets.
4. Preferably candidate with international exposure of selling palm oil products
5. Experience in market management, analysis, pricing, and marketing development especially with international market
6. Skilled in formulating sales strategies and managing distribution, both directly and through distributors.
7. Capable of planning and managing budgets within the Sales & Marketing division.
8. Able to seek and explore new opportunities for market and sales expansion.

Job Description

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for retail and bulk products, including planning and execution.
2. Calculate and recommend cost of goods sold (COGS).
3. Lead the Sales & Marketing team, set targets, and motivate team members to achieve optimal results.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners to expand the sales network.
5. Prepare and execute contract negotiations and major sales agreements.
6. Analyze company performance and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
7. Manage the sales budget and monitor target achievements.
8. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team and other departments to enhance sales effectiveness.
9. Report sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
10. Seek and explore new opportunities for market and sales expansion.
